1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tank Paints website and any requests for information, estimates, or painting services submitted through this site. Tank Paints is a trade name of Tank Paints LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company. In these Terms, “Tank Paints,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Tank Paints LLC doing business as Tank Paints. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Estimates and Quotes

Any estimate or quote provided by Tank Paints is based on the information available at the time it is prepared. Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes, additional repairs are discovered, or project conditions differ from what was originally described or observed.

3. Scheduling

Project dates and completion timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, access to the property, changes in project scope, or other circumstances outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any scheduling changes as soon as possible.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the work area and for disclosing any known conditions that may affect the project. Unless otherwise agreed, customers should remove or secure fragile, valuable, or personal items from work areas before the project begins.

5. Changes to the Scope of Work

Any work requested outside the original agreed scope may require additional labor, materials, time, and cost. Additional work will be discussed with the customer before it is performed whenever reasonably possible.

6. Subcontractors

Tank Paints may use qualified subcontractors or other painting professionals to perform some or all portions of a project. Tank Paints remains responsible for managing the customer relationship and the agreed scope of work.

7. Materials and Paint

Paint colors, finishes, and materials will be selected or approved by the customer unless otherwise agreed. Actual colors may appear different depending on lighting, surrounding finishes, surface conditions, and application.

8. Surface Conditions and Repairs

Painting results depend in part on the condition of existing surfaces. Hidden damage, moisture issues, previous coating failures, structural movement, or other conditions may affect the finished result and may require additional repair work before painting can continue.

9. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, current, or error-free. Website content may be updated or changed at any time.

10. Photos and Project Images

Tank Paints may request permission to photograph completed work for portfolio, website, advertising, or social media purposes. We will not intentionally publish personally identifying information about a customer or property without permission.

11. Limitation of Website Liability

Tank Paints is not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on general website information, temporary website outages, or third-party links or services. Nothing on this website creates a service agreement unless a separate estimate, proposal, or agreement has been accepted.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Tank Paints name, logo, website content, photographs, graphics, and written materials are owned by or licensed to Tank Paints LLC and may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
